Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the frozen cut green beans, condensed cheddar soup, milk, minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese until well blended.
  4. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the green bean mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Mix the biscuit mix in a separate bowl, setting aside the seasoning packet.
  7. Add in the shredded cheddar and milk to the biscuit mix, stirring until smooth.
  8. Layer the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture evenly.
  9. Bake the casserole for about 50 to 55 minutes.
  10. Combine the melted butter with the Cheddar Bay seasoning packet and brush over the baked casserole.
  11. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes.
