- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine the frozen cut green beans, condensed cheddar soup, milk, minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Pour the green bean mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Mix the biscuit mix in a separate bowl, setting aside the seasoning packet.
- Add in the shredded cheddar and milk to the biscuit mix, stirring until smooth.
- Layer the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture evenly.
- Bake the casserole for about 50 to 55 minutes.
- Combine the melted butter with the Cheddar Bay seasoning packet and brush over the baked casserole.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
