- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add your gluten-free pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over low heat, add sliced onions and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, caramelized onions, diced apples, and shredded cheese. Stir until mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with more cheese and a sprinkle of Pork Panko.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until it bubbles and turns golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
