How to Make Buttered Lobster Pasta
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Gather all your ingredients together.
  2. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine or fettuccine and cook until al dente for 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add Cream & Cheese: Gradually stir in heavy cream and then add freshly grated Parmesan. Stir until smooth, adjusting with pasta water if too thick.
  5. Incorporate Lobster & Lemon: Fold in cooked lobster meat and squeeze fresh lemon juice, warming until heated through.
  6. Combine Pasta: Toss drained pasta in the skillet with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
