  • 15 mini Phyllo Shells Pre-made options work great.
For the Filling
  • 0.5 cups Blackberry Jam Feel free to swap in your favorite berry jam.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup also offers a lovely alternative.
  • 3 ounces Brie Be sure to remove the rind for a smoother texture.
For the Topping
  • 15 pieces Blackberries Always rinse and dry them beforehand.
  • 2-3 sprigs Fresh Thyme Try rosemary or mint if you want a different twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon a dab of blackberry jam and drizzle honey into each phyllo cup.
  4. Top each cup with a cube of brie.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the brie is melted and the phyllo shells are lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish each cup with a fresh blackberry and thyme leaves.
  7. Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve immediately.
