Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and apple cider vinegar. Stir gently until the sugar completely dissolves.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to unify the flavors.
  3. Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries and sliced jalapeños. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the syrup.
  4. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  5. Once the desired consistency is reached, remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer into jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
