How to Make

- Stir in the Earl Grey tea leaves, blackberries, and lemon zest gently.
- Add the buttermilk gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently into a disc about 1-inch thick.
- Cut the disc into triangles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the cut scones in the freezer for 15 minutes before baking.
