Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic salt, and fresh cracked pepper in a bowl.
- Melt the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Combine the flour mixture and the eggs into the melted cheese mixture. Knead until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each portion into a log and shape into bagels.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the bagels and press it into the dough.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Serve warm, sliced in half, and spread with cream cheese.
