  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 large Large eggs
For the Toppings
  • 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
  • Cream cheese optional topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic salt, and fresh cracked pepper in a bowl.
  3. Melt the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Combine the flour mixture and the eggs into the melted cheese mixture. Knead until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each portion into a log and shape into bagels.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the bagels and press it into the dough.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, sliced in half, and spread with cream cheese.
