Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate the Pork: Slice pork into thin strips, mix marinade ingredients, and soak for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
  2. Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-20 minutes before grilling.
  3. Cooking (Air Fryer Method): Preheat air fryer to 400°F, arrange skewers, cook for 8 minutes, flip and baste, check for 145°F after 12 minutes.
  4. Cooking (Oven Method): Preheat oven to 375°F, place skewers on a baking rack, cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Make Scallion Oil: Heat vegetable oil, pour over sliced green onions, add salt and sugar, stir, and let cool.
