Cooking
- Cook the salmon by baking, grilling, or pan-searing as preferred.
- For baking, place skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- For grilling, lay skin-side down on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- For pan-searing, cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes and flip to cook for another 3-4 minutes.

- Make the Bang Bang sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice.
- Serve the salmon drizzled with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
