How to Make Bàn Fàn
- In a heatproof bowl, mix together oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chopped scallion, and cilantro until well combined.
- In a small saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it starts to smoke slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully drizzle the hot oil over the aromatics in the bowl, and enjoy the sizzle!
- In the same saucepan, crack in the eggs and fry them to your preference.
- If using leftover rice, reheat it in a pan or microwave until warm. Add it to the bowl with the prepared sauce and stir until well mixed.
- Top your mixed rice with the fried eggs and serve immediately.
