  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread Substitute with gluten-free sourdough if needed.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/190°C/375°F.
  2. Mix the garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss the cherry tomatoes in the mixture, then place them in an ovenproof dish. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Roast the tomatoes for 20 minutes or until blistered and soft.
  4. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown, then spread hummus generously on each slice.
  5. Top the hummus with the roasted tomatoes, drizzle with remaining balsamic mixture, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
