- Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃). Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the oats, oat flour, brown sugar, chopped walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Pour the melted unsalted butter into the dry ingredients. Mix until completely incorporated.
- Spread the crumble mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Prepare the nectarines by halving them and placing them cut side up in a baking dish. Dot each half with pieces of salted butter and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Bake the nectarines on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Brush any melted brown sugar-butter mixture over the nectarines once they’re out of the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve the warm nectarines topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of the crunchy crumble.
