How to Make Baked French Dip Biscuits
- Prep the Dough: Start by combining the Bisquick mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Gently knead until the dough comes together, ensuring it's soft but not sticky, roughly 2-3 minutes.
- Shape Biscuits: Roll out the dough on a floured surface until about ½-inch thick. Use a round cutter to cut out circles. Place each circle on a baking sheet, then add a slice of roast beef and cheese to the center of each.
- Seal and Bake: Fold the dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal properly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with a side of au jus for dipping.

Notes
Optional: Drizzle with a bit of melted butter for extra flavor. For best results, refrigerate assembled biscuits for 30 minutes before baking.
