How to Make Baked Feta with Olives
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
  2. Place the feta block in a baking dish and sprinkle with oregano, thyme, and pepper.
  3. Arrange olives and semi-sundried tomatoes around the feta.
  4. Mix olive oil with crushed garlic and remaining herbs; drizzle over feta and vegetables.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until feta is soft and slightly golden.
  6. Serve immediately while warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
