Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baguettes by cutting a deep 'V' into the tops and hollowing them out carefully.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese at the bottom of each hollowed baguette.
- Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a bowl and mix in the pancetta, remaining cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each baguette alternately with the egg mixture.
- Place the filled baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
