  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For the Dijon Mixture
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard smooth or whole grain
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels, then season both sides liberally with salt and pepper. Position them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth and combined.
  4. Spoon the Dijon mixture generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley upon removal from the oven, then serve immediately.
