- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease four 2-cup oven-safe bowls and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowls, filling each about two-thirds full. Press fresh blueberries into the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
