How to Make Baked Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease four 2-cup oven-safe bowls and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the bowls, filling each about two-thirds full. Press fresh blueberries into the batter.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
