Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together goat cheese, chopped thyme, rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each pitted Medjool date with a spoonful of the goat cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of bacon, securing it tightly.
  5. Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool the dates on a paper towel-lined plate for about 5 minutes before serving.
