- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Brush one half with beaten egg.

- Slice the folded pastry into ½-inch strips. Lay thin cut bacon on top of each strip, then twist gently.
