How to Make Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly blended, creating a sweet and savory marinade.
- Brush the salmon fillets generously with the marinade. If you have some extra time, let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Set your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for a few minutes to preheat.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Place the fillets inside without overlapping, then cook for 5 minutes. Brush on more marinade and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. It pairs wonderfully with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
