Method

How to Make 15-Minute Pasta
  1. Boil the Pasta: Fill a large pot with water, add a generous sprinkle of salt, and bring it to a boil. Toss in your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and just golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the Sausage: Add the spicy sausage to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir frequently until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Tomatoes and Veggies: Stir in the crushed canned tomatoes and your chosen vegetables. Let them simmer for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Once the pasta is ready, drain it well and then add it to the skillet. Toss everything together, making sure the pasta is coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with Fresh Herbs: Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or parsley for an extra burst of flavor.
